dictyBase Meeting Agenda and Action Items (bold)

- Now we have already Dd gene track on the Dp Gbrowse, and this will be the case in dictyBase for Dp once it gets published.
Suggestions for new features
- Idea about adding 'gene id' in the 'gene' gbrowse track Rejected
- Adding sequence quality scores on G browse ?
- Adding a note for 'unreviewed' genes ?
- For now, add curation_status note "This gene has not been manually annotated" for genes that are not curated Done Curation_status note "This gene has not been manually annotated" added to genes that are have not been manually annotated, curation_status note "Basic annotation have been added to this gene, 26-JAN-2007 KP" agged for genes with basic annotation.
- Revisit to change all curation_status notes to a more obvious flagging on top of page in future release
- Adding "Protein evidence" tags ?
