*DR lines* [1]
This is the basic export that shows in the UniProt
entries' cross reference section, we currently export all out uniprot
protein interacting irrespectively of the type of interaction.

*CC lines* [2]
This export file is meant to describe the high quality physical binary
interactions extracted from IntAct. You can see an example in the
BRCA2_HUMAN entry [3].
Let's comment on a couple of examples:

AC   P38887
CCP33203:PRP40; NbExp=1; IntAct=EBI-24252, EBI-701;
This is going to be integrated in then entry baring the AC: P38887
It shows a single interaction with P33203, for which we have only one
experimental evidence and we provide out internal identifiers
for P38887 (EBI-24252) and P33203 (EBI-701).
This will allow uniprot to build a URL to link to the list of existing
interactions between these two molecules:,EBI-701

AC   Q9FR53
CC       P20081:FPR1(xeno); NbExp=3; IntAct=EBI-1382370, EBI-6961;
the xeno flag alerts you that the molecule are originating from
different species.

AC   O60496
CCSelf; NbExp=1; IntAct=EBI-1046024, EBI-1046024;
CC       Q9NVP2:ASF1B; NbExp=1; IntAct=EBI-1046024, EBI-1055650;
CC       O15519:CFLAR; NbExp=1; IntAct=EBI-1046024, EBI-514941;
CC       Q9UBS4:DNAJB11; NbExp=1; IntAct=EBI-1046024, EBI-713113;
CC       P01588:EPO; NbExp=1; IntAct=EBI-1046024, EBI-1027362;
CC       O95757:HSPA4L; NbExp=1; IntAct=EBI-1046024, EBI-358652;
CC       O75832:PSMD10; NbExp=1; IntAct=EBI-1046024, EBI-752185;
CC       P61026:RAB10; NbExp=1; IntAct=EBI-1046024, EBI-726075;
CC       O43791:SPOP; NbExp=1; IntAct=EBI-1046024, EBI-743549;
CC       O60232:SSSCA1; NbExp=1; IntAct=EBI-1046024, EBI-741415;
a molecule can interact with itself.

Please note that the FTP URLs I have given you are always pointing to our latest release, so the data pointed to can change from one week to an other. You can look up [4] to see all our releases.

I hope this helps, pleae do get back to me if you would like more information on the data file.
