This is the basic export that shows in the UniProt
entries' cross reference section, we currently export all out uniprot
protein interacting irrespectively of the type of interaction.

*CC lines* [2]
This export file is meant to describe the high quality physical binary
interactions extracted from IntAct. You can see an example in the
BRCA2_HUMAN entry [3].
Let's comment on a couple of examples:

This is going to be integrated in then entry baring the AC: P38887
It shows a single interaction with P33203, for which we have only one
experimental evidence and we provide out internal identifiers
for P38887 (EBI-24252) and P33203 (EBI-701).
This will allow uniprot to build a URL to link to the list of existing
interactions between these two molecules:
